Seller and scope
The online shop is operated by MARCUS, Marko Črnivec s.p., Zvezda 15, 1210 Ljubljana - Šentvid, Slovenia; registration no. 6715052000; VAT no. SI73107212. These terms apply to purchases from Zapper-Pro.si. The version published when the order is placed applies. A specific written quotation prevails where it expressly differs from these terms.
Orders and contract formation
Products may be ordered as a guest or registered user. Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the basket, address, delivery and payment details. The order is an offer to purchase; the contract is concluded when the seller confirms it by email. The confirmation and terms are supplied by email or another durable medium. If an item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund any payment received.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and the total are shown before the order is placed. Methods shown at checkout may include bank transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Availability and delivery
In-stock orders are normally dispatched on the next working day and within three working days at the latest. If this is not possible, we will provide an estimated date. Pošta Slovenije or another selected carrier delivers the order; available destinations and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a nominated third party.
14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to info@zapper-pro.si or the business address before the deadline. Return the goods within 14 days after giving notice. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the seller agrees otherwise in writing.
The 14-day right applies to consumers; legal entities and other non-consumer customers have it only where separately agreed.
Returns and refunds
You may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Original packaging is recommended for safe transport but is not in itself a condition of withdrawal. We refund all payments, including the least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days after notice; we may withhold the refund until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received. Statutory exceptions include made-to-order or clearly personalised goods.
Conformity and warranty
The seller is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery. Notify the seller within two months after discovering it and make the goods available for inspection. Subject to statutory conditions, consumers may first request free repair or replacement and then a proportionate price reduction or termination. A commercial warranty does not restrict these statutory rights.
Content, accounts and intellectual property
Images may be illustrative where stated; the product or bundle description at checkout determines what is included. Users must protect account credentials and report unauthorised use. Text, images, graphics, marks and other content are protected and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where the law provides otherwise.
Personal data and communications
We process personal data to fulfil orders, payments, delivery, support and legal obligations and for the other purposes in our privacy policy. Transactional and contractual communications are not marketing.
Complaints, disputes and applicable law
Send complaints to info@zapper-pro.si or call +386 31 320 693. We aim to acknowledge receipt within five working days and seek an amicable solution. The seller currently does not recognise a particular out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity as competent for disputes, unless participation is required by law. Slovenian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable.
