How do we "read" chart number 1?

White = more intense burst of electromagnetic (EM) energy
Green = normal intensity
Blue = low intensity
The vertical bar shows the Schumann resonance values: 4, 7,83 (major), 14, 20, 26, 33, 39, 45, 59. All measured in Hz or cycles per second.
The charts originate from the Space Observing System at the Tomsk Scientific University in Siberia.
At the top of the charts, the last three days covered by the charts are displayed at all times. The bottom of the charts shows the hours (using Siberian time, which is GMT +7). In our time zone, we observe GMT +1 in winter and GMT +2 in summer. This means that we subtract 6 hours (winter time) from the time indicated in the charts. 5 hours (summer time) to get our time.
In the rest of this article, the basic information about the Schumann resonance and its effect on us, humans, is given in the simplest possible way.

WHAT IS SCHUMANN RESONANCE?
The Schumann Resonance is nicknamed "the heartbeat of Mother Earth". It matches the ranges we see in our brain waves.
Between the earth and the ionosphere is the atmospheric cavity. Every second, around 1000 lightning strikes around the world harmonize pulses that travel through the atmosphere and send electromagnetic energy signals to all organisms.
These electromagnetic energy signals connect us to the Earth's magnetic field and are also influenced by mass emotions and human consciousness.
7,83 Hz
Humans are attuned to the resonant vibration of the Earth.
“Human beings vibrate (yes, that means you) and the frequency they emit ranges between 5 and 10 Hz. We are in the same range as the Earth's heartbeat - 7,83 Hz.
That is why nature is healing for people. It helps them align with the Earth's frequency of 7,83Hz, which enhances the body's natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
As you will see later in this article, we can synchronize our brain waves to the fundamental Schumann frequencies (7,83 Hz) through music, meditation, and brain stimulation devices as well. ONE OF SUCH DEVICES IS THE F-GEN, ABOUT WHICH YOU CAN ALSO READ MORE ON OUR WEBSITE. While practicing meditation or relax in your favorite way, we recommend the simultaneous use of music at a frequency of 7,83 Hz and F-Gen generator, which you also set to 7,83 Hz.

HUMAN BIOLOGY
Studies have shown that Schumann resonance frequencies have effects on the human brain and nervous system, cardiovascular system, autonomic nervous system, circadian rhythms, immune function, DNA and more. The Schumann Resonance affects not only telecommunications services, but without a doubt, people as well. It also affects melatonin, which has an impact on biological functions such as the circadian rhythm of both animals and humans. Not only does melatonin regulate sleep patterns, it also regulates blood pressure and affects reproduction.
HUMAN BRAIN WAVES
Schumann Resonance ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves in the Earth's magnetic field overlap with our brain waves. The fundamental Schumann resonance, 7,83 Hz, corresponds to the region of high theta brain waves.

Delta brain waves – 0 Hz to 4 Hz
Delta brain waves correspond to the Schumann resonance of 4,11 Hz. This brain rhythm occurs in deep dreamless sleep or unconsciousness. The rhythm is also related to sleepiness.
Theta brain waves – 4 Hz to 8 Hz
Theta brain waves correspond to Schumann resonances of 4,11 Hz and 7,83 Hz. This brain rhythm is also associated with sleepiness. It occurs in the first stage of sleep and during deep meditation, when we are awake but open to mental images. They are associated with creativity, intuition, daydreaming and fantasizing. They reflect the activity of the limbic system, and increased activity is observed in anxiety, behavioral activation and inhibition.
The normal Schumann resonance is here at 7.83 Hz on the border between Theta and Alpha.
Alpha brain waves – 8 Hz to 12 Hz
Alpha brain waves correspond to the Schumann resonance of 7,83 Hz. This is the main rhythm seen in a normal, relaxed adult. It is present for most of life. It is considered a normal state during wakefulness, but it is not actively processing information. Alpha is associated with creativity (creative people show alpha when they listen and come up with a solution) and mental work. Alpha activity is also associated with general mental and physical/spiritual coordination, calmness, alertness and learning.
Beta Brain Waves – 12 Hz to 30 Hz*
Beta brain waves correspond to Schumann resonances of 14 Hz, 20 Hz and 26 Hz. Beta reflects very active processing. It occurs between normal waking consciousness and external attention. Slow beta: 12-17 Hz means normal information processing and mental activity; Fast beta: 17-30 Hz indicates increased alertness and fight, flight or anxiety.
*Opinions differ regarding the demarcation between the upper limit of beta and the occurrence of gamma brain waves. Some say 25 Hz, others 40 Hz. Večina otherwise states 30 Hz. Keep in mind that the upper value may be different in different sources.
Gamma brain waves – 30 Hz to 100 Hz
Gamma brain waves correspond to Schumann resonances of 33 Hz, 39 Hz, 45 Hz and 59 Hz. They are associated with wakefulness and can occur when information is being processed in both hemispheres of the brain at the same time. Whales and dolphins also operate on these frequencies.
RESONANCE & BRAIN WAVES
Vibrational frequencies can match or coordinate with another.
The Schumann resonance can be better understood by studying the matched vibrations. When, for example, set up two oscillatory systems, one system will affect the other. When one begins to vibrate, the other will eventually vibrate in harmony with the first or on the same frequency. As an example, we can take two or more wall pendulum clocks in the same room - eventually the pendulums of all clocks will work synchronously. They will have the same swing time.
Synchronization is a process in which two interacting oscillating systems that have different periods or oscillating times and acting independently of each other, assume a common oscillating time. Both oscillating systems or the oscillators can fall into synchronization, and other phase relationships are also possible.
The above therefore creates synchronization, harmonization. Nit relies on matching neurons in the brain that create synchronicity. Meditation maintains our connection to the Schumann Resonance or the oscillating frequency of the Earth, which, as mentioned, is also called the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Resonance “occurs when a given system tuned to a particular frequency begins to oscillate and reinforce the presence of a preferred external frequency. Those frequencies that maximize or amplify a given object to tune to a particular frequency are called resonant frequencies. Two frequencies together have the power to influence each other if both are tuned in resonance.”
Many cultures practice vibrational techniques to synchronize with the frequencies of the Schumann Resonance or "Heart of Mother Earth". It is believed that these frequencies can heal the body and mind when the energies connect. Schumann resonance affects tit helps with high blood pressure, which is reduced, and depression is alleviated.
By synchronizing our brainwaves to the fundamental Schumann frequencies (7,83Hz) performed with brain stimulation devices such as scalar wave machines, pulsed magnetic therapy, music or meditation, we can tap into the tremendous input of energy from the Earth's own energy field. A device that, even in an environment where under the influence of electro-smog produced by telephone transmitters, mobile phones, wi-fi, high-voltage power lines... enables a biosphere favorable for life, is also F-Gen - read more about it HERE.
What is the frequency and amplitude in vibration?
- Frequency means how many wave cycles occur in a second. 1 Hz means 1 cycle per second, 40 Hz means 40 cycles per second.
- Amplitude is the magnitude of the vibration, how big the wave is.
DOES SCHUMANN RESONANCE AFFECT CONSCIOUSNESS?
“Raising frequency causes consciousness to rise. When our consciousness is raised, we have greater awareness - these are gamma brain waves. Gamma brain waves, which can be more than twice as high as high beta brain waves, represent an awake state in the brain, but are not associated with an emergency survival state. They are connected to a kind of super consciousness and awareness, as well as greater amounts of love and compassion. As the Earth goes through its metamorphosis, we too may need to go through this time of emotional intensity associated with beta brainwaves before entering the new consciousness of gamma brainwave states. And wouldn't that upgrade our nervous system and expand our perception and awareness of reality?"
