      Hello,
Every spring I have problems with allergies, which unfortunately get worse every year. This year I've had a completely blocked nose for two months, I sneeze, I cough from my lungs, and my eyes also itch and sometimes even swell from allergies.
I've tried a few allergy programs but they don't seem to have any real effect.
I realize that everything is connected, but I don't know these connections.
I'm wondering if you can advise on what protocol I should follow to get my body in order, including food.
As a protocol I mean which programs, when, how much. Also what foods should I avoid. I've heard that gluten is linked to allergies. It's always good to avoid sweets. What else?

      Hello,
My husband and I use the frequency for pollen allergies, as well as the frequency for hay fever and rhinitis. We also do supportive therapies, e.g. for the lungs, liver, etc.
So far, we are managing to control the allergy.

Thank you for your answer. I also tried the frequencies for colds and rhinitis, maybe I wasn't persistent enough. I will try the support frequencies. I was also thinking about detox, but I really don't know exactly where to start and how many therapies to do daily.

      Dear Mr.SG369
I would be happy if I could help you with my allergy-related events. So, for tens of years, every autumn and spring, I experienced rhinitis, throat inflammation, and this inflammation descends on the lungs. It always ended with the doctor prescribing antibiotics. And so every year. I was on various tests for allergy markers, sielography, etc. etc. I used various sprays, as well as pills, from which I was tired.
About 6 years ago, I was at the sea and I got an allergy in one day. Since I couldn't contact my doctor there, I went to the tourist clinic and the doctor took a different approach to my problem. She didn't give me an antibiotic cream, but I got an anti-allergy injection and Nixar 20 mg tablets. Since then, something like Nixar 20 mg has happened to me. the pill solved my problems. The best thing is that this medicine does not cause drowsiness like some antihistamines. Since then I no longer have these problems with which I was exhausted and tormented for decades.
Try to go in this direction with your doctor.
I would be happy if I could help you with my experience above. lp and good luck!

        Dear Mr. Miha,
thanks for the advice and experience. I will ask my doctor about this option. Personally, I am looking for a way to detoxify my body so that I no longer need pills and nasal sprays. I hope Zapper-Pro can help me with this. 8 years ago, I was on a very strict diet according to Chinese medicine, and then my allergy was not bothersome, very mild. Therefore, I believe that with diet and with the help of Zapper-pro the situation can be improved a lot.

In cases of such problems, it is necessary to support the functioning of the organs – kidneys, liver, lungs – and to balance the immune system and deacidify the body. You can read more about this here:

          Acid-Base Balance

You can also find body support programs here:

The secret of eternal youth or how to restore mitochondria

For a while, it is recommended to eliminate sugar, dairy products, processed white flour, and processed foods from your diet...

I advise you to look up an anti-candida diet online, as it is one of the best approximations to an alkaline diet.

Once the situation calms down a bit, you can start gradually introducing fermented dairy products such as cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.

The book The Frequencies of Rifing lists frequencies for stabilizing the immune system according to the XTRA list:
          30, 330, 727, 740, 787, 835, 880, 1234, 1550, 5000, 7344, 10000 [Hz]

Supportive therapies, especially for the kidneys and lungs, and possibly also the liver, are recommended to be performed daily.

Once the body is supported, you can gradually add specific therapies, such as hay fever, rhinitis, etc.

For visible results, it will probably be necessary to do the therapies for at least two hours a day or more until there is improvement. This means, for example, one hour of supportive therapies (combine different therapies, e.g. one day kidneys and liver, another day kidneys and lungs, etc.) and one hour of therapies against hay fever, rhinitis. If you take more time, you can also do more therapies, but the number should be adjusted to your well-being.

          I also recommend reading:

Understanding our health according to the principle of five elements

At the end of the article, there is a table with various diseases where you can see which organs need the most support for a particular problem - a larger sign means more therapy for a particular organ.

Of course, also follow your doctor's advice. All of the above will help you on your way to your goal faster...

As I already wrote, our family is regular users of Zapper Pro, F Gen and Tor Gen. Like many, we also face allergies…. my older son has problems every spring, just like you. But at the age of fifteen, it is difficult to convince him to hold the handles, so scalar wave therapy is great. I just set the zapper for him and he does the therapies practically NON-STOP. Fgen and Torgen have really proven themselves… it is mainly that he can do many more therapies or. perform them for many more times…. even at night. Oh, and we combine all the supportive therapies, plus all the possible ones for allergies that we found.
